Only 13 percent of nurses in the United States are men, but that share has grown steadily from 2 percent since 1960. We’re firm believers that anyone can be or do anything and nursing is one example of a field where a gender stereotype has been shifted. We think that kids should grow up believing they can take their lives in any direction they want and not like they should adhere to gender roles.
